I went and scanned some art. The art ranges from April 06 to now, but most of it is less than a couple of months old.

D'aw! Puppy! Drawn from life. Sleeping puppy at Berbalang's abode. All the scribbles on this yellow paper are from a little sketchbook he gave me and I take it pretty much everywhere now :D

Here is some art. Sketches and scribbles. Some are recent, some have been kicking around for a while. There's a ton of wow fanart behind the cut. I scribbled these between sketch cards to draw anything but LOTR.

Dragon*con art

I finished the pieces for Dragon*con, hooray.

These are the new pieces to go in the art show. I did a colour version of obiwan/boga, but I totally forgot to scan it. Argh.

I might have to put a note on the back ofit requesting a scan from the buyer, if it sells.

And the final of this one:

For those of you who are wondering, the mousedragons are referenced from a number of different Australian mouse species including the Spinifex and Fawn Hopping mouses (mouses.. hee!), Desert Mouse and Western mouse (For the red colour)

These are 2 of 3 or 4 new pieces I'm doing for dragoncon (I'm selling some older pieces, I need to find barnabus this weekend).

The other 2 pieces are 'Harold vs dingleball' (Which I *WILL* be doing) and 'Blarg the sneaky rogue' (Which may get done, depending on how my freelance goes)

I need to go in with a pencil crayonin some spots that need to be punched up, but I'm continuing to layer the watercolours. It's very therapeutic

I'm thinking of doing these guys with cat patterns, but in dragon colours. not sure yet.

The one in the middle is weaving a spell, and this piece will be done in watercolour.

I might make bookmarks or stickers out of the muscid-draconis. The top and bottom mice can be easily pulled from the piece, great for stickers :D

I'm not going to cut these, because they're all smallish. Lemme know if they break you, because I'll do some cutting (But not the emo kind)

Two personal pieces. You can take the girl out of WoW, but you can't take the WoW out of the girl. I'm doing a couple of tutorials for hunters in the 50-60 pre endgame area. I'm sure I'll get some know it alls telling me i know nothing :D

The first, which isn't going to change too much:

The second: Which needs to be slightly redrawn because the composition is wacky. I'll probably do it digitally

This means nothing to anyone who doesn't play the game, the illustrations are both based in strathlome, so I'm going to be doing some screencaps for background reference.

I also did these two sketch cards. Batman and Scarecrow :D

I've been sketching up a storm in between recolourings, I have a little to do list I'm going to start to tackle tonight (It's VERY hot. Very very very very hot. This isn't helping my productivity. I need many fans. Many more fans. I'm moving the one I have to blow on my face tonight so I can actually get something done).

For now, some scribbles for things I'm planning to polish up for dragoncon.

I think the old one has more character, but I'm having fun. i want to do some tighter, slightly more anatomically correct versions of this Roo hero.

I think going back and drawing some of my old characters will get me back into more arting!

That is me pulling the crutch of being able to erase away.

This is a Gila Monster skull referenced from boneclones.com. Drawn with a ballpointpen in sketch book.

And this is a balrog, which I will hopefully have on my person and on ebay sometime within the next week. Marker and ink over an extremely loose pencil sketch.

I'm working on my LOTR sketch card gallery, that'll be up by the end of the week :)

I've done 3 and a half custom sketch cards + gila monster + 5 pages of kindergarten scribbles + various studies. I think my art slump is starting to wear off. :D

Here are a few of the many sketches I scribbled over my vacation.

I have many, many more, but they are either too scribbly or part of freelance work (like 506 odd LOTR sketch cards).

I'll start you off with a rare Amara. Haven't drawn her in AGES.

More of my cards have been approved and I'm uploading them via very slow dialup right now.

Here are all of the cards which have been approved so far. I have 20 cards to go, so I'm going to get cracking.

I need to update my web page the olde fashioned way, too, I think I'll save that for later. If I don't feel like FTPing, I am updating my deviant art account, so keep a watch on that :)

OK Boys and gals, I've been on a turtle kick lately (For good reason, I'll keep you guys posted) so here are some TMNT drawings!

So, I'm also taking con badge commissions if anyone wants some. This idea came from the Eryshe badge I did, and also Amara Jedi Badge:

Step 1: Choose a style
* Marker (like Eryshe or CarvedinShadows) - $15
* Illustrator - Like AmaraJedi or Chiratani - $30 (And can be made into a big print)

Step 2: Choose your character
* Give me your character name and any reference you might have.

Step 3: Choose a Prop
* Keep it clean. It can be anything, really. Giant paintbrush, naked mole rat, porcupine-on-a-stick, whatever. If you ask for a lightsaber, let me know if you want your character in any type of Star Wars gear.

Step 4: Comment or send me an email and I shall do the badge for ye!

WoW Sketches

I'd like to do some more digital sketches once i get my new computer up and running. I'm working on a half stripped down Pentium 3 at the moment so I don't have a lot of new stuff to show.

Here are some WoW sketches I did! One was drawn yesterday and the other this morning. I'm trying to do a sketchaday thing. I'll try to start that up in October :D

I also have a bunch of Curse of Cute sketch books available for sale. For a minimum of $6 you get a sketch book shipped to your door with a wee little scribble on the back cover. The front cover looks like this:

I didn't do a troll or a human for the WoW set :( So sad. I might do a greyscale troll at the con.

And with that, I'm going to do some laundry, have a bath and fix and print my signs! I should be ready by about 9ish to work ont hat one special card :D

I have to share this, Rady Martinez drew this for me as a trade. I'm doing Randy's card when I get back :D

Another round of cards that will be available at the con. As I am running out of time and got overzealous with my penciling, there might be some inked only cards. Who knows? I'm not bringing my coloured markers with me, just the greyscale ones :) I realize a lot of these aren't super hot charactersm so if they don't sell at the con I'll have some up for grabs or trade after. I'm just drawing what my muse wants me to for these.

I always think Ackbar would have been better running around and flailing, by the way. It's a trap! Aaaiee!

And thus concludes our art for the day. I seem to have a fixation with yellow eyes for some reason.
